Light commercial HVAC for shops, offices, warehouses and venues

Rooftop units and split systems keep most small commercial buildings running. Apollo services both, and a problem at 2 a.m. goes to the same 24 Hour Service line as a problem at noon.

Chapter 01

A business that cannot stop for the weather

Apollo's own page names the customers: a small retail shop, an office complex, a large industrial warehouse or a local entertainment venue. Their words on the stakes are short: HVAC issues can halt the productivity of your business.

That is why the service is built around getting the building back to normal quickly, with a 24-hour service department behind the technicians.

Rooftop units and split systems

A packaged rooftop unit holds the same parts as a conventional system in one cabinet: the compressor, the evaporator coil, the condenser, the heating unit, the supply fan, the exhaust fan and the filter. Each one is a place a service call can start.

Planned service on a rooftop unit covers changing the filter, inspecting or replacing the belt, checking and lubricating the fan bearing, inspecting the condensate drain and the electrical systems, and checking economizer motion.

A split system divides the work. The outdoor unit holds the compressor, condenser coil and expansion coil or capillary tubing, and the indoor unit holds the cooling coil, the blower and the air filter. There is no ductwork to build, and with the compressor outside the room the noise stays outside too. A multi-split ties more than one indoor unit to a single outdoor unit for larger spaces.

Chapter 03

Keeping the doors open

Apollo's service plans are completely customizable, so scheduled maintenance can be shaped around the building and its equipment. When the call does come at night, the 24 Hour Service line stays open.

Installation, repair and replacement are all handled in the Tri-Cities and the surrounding area, by a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer that has been incorporated in Kennewick since 1982.

More commercial work

Apollo runs light commercial calls out of 1119 W. Columbia Drive in Kennewick, with 24 Hour Service on (509) 396-2653. If the building also needs a boiler, a chiller or a full replacement, the same crew covers it.
