Commercial · HVAC replacement

Replacing commercial HVAC equipment, from the roof down

A packaged unit swinging on crane straps over a commercial roof is a project, not a part swap. Apollo's commercial scope covers the engineering, electrical, HVAC and structural work a replacement needs.

Chapter 01

Signs the unit is done

Repeat repairs on the same rooftop unit are the clearest sign. Each call fixes the symptom, the next one shows up, and the building keeps paying for downtime.

Age matters too. Apollo's technicians are certified on both 410A and R22 refrigerants, so they know older R22 equipment when they see it and can talk plainly about whether another repair makes sense.

Replacement as a project

Apollo's commercial page lists equipment funding that includes engineering, electrical, HVAC, maintenance and any structural work needed to install or replace equipment. A new unit often touches all of them.

The crew's own photographs show the scale: a packaged unit on a crane over a roof, Carrier condensers staged on pallets with a boom behind. Apollo is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, and its load calculations run from commercial warehouses to computer rooms, with systems design for build-outs, remodels and retrofits.

Zoning systems are designed by Apollo's in-house specialists, so a replacement can also be the chance to fix hot and cold spots the old equipment never handled.

Chapter 03

Getting a number

Apollo's commercial replacement form asks for the building address, how you want to be contacted, the type of system you have now, and photos of the existing equipment. Pictures of the indoor unit, the outdoor unit and the electrical panel help the estimate.

No figure appears on this page, because the number depends on the building. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.
