Apollo Heating and Air: incorporated in 1982, still running out of Columbia Drive
Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning was incorporated in 1982 and has served the Tri-Cities for more than three decades from 1119 W. Columbia Drive.
How Apollo works
The whole house, not just the box
Apollo takes a holistic approach to installing or repairing a heating and cooling system. The house is considered as a whole: how tight the building is, how tight the ductwork is, and how the conditioned envelope performs, meaning the windows, doors and insulation. A new furnace or condenser can only do so much in a leaky house, so the conversation starts there.
Replacement estimates are free, and the team will consult on what fits your home and your preferences before anything is ordered. After the install, a Scheduled Planned Service Agreement keeps the visits on the calendar. Technicians also show customers where the filter lives and what it means when the lights flicker as the system starts, so the owner knows the equipment too.
Apollo’s own mission line is to deliver quality HVAC service, maintenance, products and documentation in Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and beyond, and to earn trust through long relationships with customers. On its site the company puts its team’s experience at “1000 years of collective experience.”

The fleet
Tri-Cities homes and businesses, every day of the year
Apollo’s vans cover Kennewick, Pasco and Richland and run farther out as needed, with residential, commercial and new-construction crews working from the same Columbia Drive base. Apollo is also a Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 55 shop.
When the system quits, the dispatcher answers on (509) 396-2653, the number lettered on the vans as 396-COLD. See the service area for the towns on the route.
