Manufacturer rebate
Carrier Cool Cash
Cool Cash is Carrier’s own seasonal rebate on qualifying systems. It is not an Apollo discount and it is not always on: Carrier offers it only at select promotional times. If an old air conditioner is close to the end of its life, that timing is worth asking about before you decide.
Who you buy from
A Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in Kennewick
Apollo has installed and serviced Carrier equipment across the Tri-Cities for years and has won Carrier’s President’s Award in 2018, 2019 and 2023. Because we are a factory authorized dealer, we can tell you whether Cool Cash is running when you are ready to replace a system.
What qualifies
Qualifying systems, in general terms
Qualifying generally means a Carrier system in one of the higher efficiency tiers. Which models count changes with each promotion, and Carrier sets the rules, so the list that matters is the one in force the day you buy.
State and local utility rebates are separate, and you may be eligible for those as well. The financing and rebates page lists the programmes around Kennewick, Pasco and Richland. Questions about heat pumps and the Emergency Heat setting are on the FAQ.
