Apollo's service team troubleshoots, diagnoses, maintains and repairs heating and cooling equipment for homes and commercial buildings out of Kennewick. The form below is a request, not a booking: Apollo says plainly that it is not for scheduling a service call. For an emergency, call the office instead.

What to have ready when you call

• The system

  Furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, ductless mini-split or rooftop unit, and roughly where it sits in the building.

• What it is doing

  Not heating, not cooling, short cycling, a noise, a smell, a tripped breaker, an error code on the thermostat.

• The brand, if you know it

  It is printed on the nameplate of the outdoor unit or the furnace cabinet. If you cannot find it, say so.

• The address

  Where the equipment is, and a phone number that reaches you on site.
