A new building is the easiest time to get the ductwork right, because nothing is behind drywall yet. Apollo gives quotes for residential and commercial new construction, and the quote starts from your plans instead of a guess at square footage.

Load calculations and system design
Sizing comes from a load calculation, not from whatever went into the last house on the street. Apollo runs load calculations on jobs from commercial warehouses to computer rooms, and its in-house specialists design the zoning.
For new buildings, build-outs, remodels and retrofits, the design covers the equipment, the ductwork and the zones together. High-efficiency equipment options are available with builder incentives.
Apollo also looks at the building as a whole: how tight the envelope is, how tight the ducts are, and what the windows, doors and insulation are doing to the load.
Chapter 03
On site with the framers
The HVAC sequence on a new build follows the trades. Rough-in happens while the studs are open and a tech can work from a ladder inside the walls. Equipment is set once the building can take it, then comes start-up and documentation.
Apollo does not leave a job until the system has been tested and proven to meet your specifications. Technicians are certified on 410A and R22 refrigerants and trained in zoning, air balancing and high-efficiency equipment.
