How a service call runs
A repair starts with finding out what is actually wrong. The technician diagnoses the equipment, explains what the problem is and lays out the options before anything is replaced or ordered.

Chapter 03
Repair or replace
A system that needs the same repair twice in a season is usually telling you something about its age.
Age, repeat repairs and the refrigerant a system uses all point toward replacement when they stack up. Apollo's technicians are certified on both R22 and 410A equipment, so an older system gets a straight assessment instead of a shrug.
